Indian Railways Reform Express 2026: New Ticket Rules, Zero Refund Policy, Boarding Change, and 9 Major Changes
The Indian Railways has entered a new phase of modernization with the Reform Express initiative. Announced by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, this initiative adds five new reforms, taking the total to nine major reforms in 2026.

Under the new policy, confirmed tickets cancelled within 8 hours of departure will not be eligible for any refund.
